VA Disability Claims
Most Veterans are unsure if they are eligible for VA service-connected disability compensation benefits or they just don’t know who to trust to submit their disability benefits claims. We are a not-for-profit organization that will process your claims and subsequent appeals to the VA.
VA Appeals
Veterans shouldn’t be discouraged; the VA frequently denies disability claims for service-connected conditions. Once a Veteran gets notice of a denial from a VA regional office the next step is an appeal. The appeal process is confusing and complex, not to mention frustrating and time consuming. We are here to advise Veterans on the appeals process and to process appeals with the objective of obtaining the disability compensation each Veteran deserves.

If you have separated from the military, have an honorable discharge AND:
Got sick or injured while serving in the military OR
Had an illness or injury before you joined the military and serving made it worse OR
- Have a disability related to your active-duty service that did not appear until after you left the military.

Why You Should Work with Us
While there are many service providers, both non-profit and for profit, that help Veterans, we are unique in many ways. We process VA claims, and there are not as many providers who specialize in that. Our mission to help Veterans was founded by a VA accredited, retired attorney who served eight years in the Army, Airborne, and a retired business executive who has worked with over 2,000 Veterans. We are accustomed to the complexities and difficulties maneuvering through large organizations like the Veterans Administration. We understand the minimum requirement, get results, and get the maximum disabilities compensation deserved for each Veteran. The combination of experience, knowledge and commitment to Veterans is hard to find.
